2025- Operations Updates
Garbage Service Change :
There are changes coming to garbage service on the “even” side of the marina. Due to excessive misuse, we will no longer place small dumpsters in the parking lots during the summer season.
Moving forward, all boat trash should be disposed of in the marina garbage station located at the Marina office. Please make sure you and your crew have working key cards/ fobs to access the garbage station across from the marina office.
Like always, we will continue to provide small garbage cans throughout the waterfront in partnership with the City of Westport. However, boat trash should be disposed of in the port dumpster.
User communications & Slip Use:
As we head into the busy summer months, nothing can better help the marina run smoothly than good communication between our crew and customers.
Our goal is to maximize use of the facility for the benefit of the public. Let us know when you plan to bring the boat in for the first time this season, or before you plan to take off. Let us know before you go. If you’re out for more than a week, we kindly require a 48-hour notice so we can move any visiting boats from your slip.
Thank you!

Esplanade Repairs
The Westport Marina Waterfront Esplanade Fence needs significant repairs. Port staff have teamed up with consultant KPFF to develop a new barrier between the sidewalk and the bankline. While the design process is still underway, we can assure you that changes are coming! We look forward to sharing the plan for improvement with the community. In the meantime, you will see changes to the old esplanade to address safety concerns associated with the old, rotten wood. Feel free to reach out to the marina staff should you have any questions - marina@portgrays.org, 360-533-9562, or simply stop by the office Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
Stay tuned for details!
