Only an hour and a half from open ocean, Terminal 3 is an 150 acre site with a deep water marine terminal.   The site has on site rail with access to both Class 1 railroads, Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific Railroad through Genessee & Wyomings Puget Sound and Pacific Railroad.

Less than one mile from Bowerman Airport, Terminal 3 is linked to Interstate 5 via a four-lane state highway.  The site has electrical service, natural gas, industrial water and wastewater treatment capacity.  Additional acreage may be available from the City of Hoquiam and neighboring private property owners.
