The Port has installed on-site rail access which is served by the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroads, through the Puget Sound and Pacific Railroad.

It is less than a mile from Bowerman airport.

The site is linked to Interstate 5 by a four-lane state highway.

Electrical service, natural gas, industrial water and wastewater treatment are all available.
