RESOLUTION ITEM:
Resolution 2761

Mary Nelson presented a resolution for amending the Grays Harbor Pilotage District Tariff. The only change proposed is to adjust the pension charge from $226 to $271 as calculated by the Puget Sound Pilots Association, who administers the Grays Harbor pension funds for retired Grays Harbor pilots. Due to increased vessel activity at the Port during 2009, no other change to the tariff is recommended at this time.

Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2761 authorizing the Executive Director to recommend the proposed amendments of the Grays Harbor Pilotage Tariff as listed in WAC 363-116-185 to the Washington State Board of Pilotage Commissioners was made by Commissioner Pinnick and seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion passed with all Commissioners in favor. Resolution adopted.

Public Announcement
Gary Nelson announced that AGP has decided to expand its operation at Terminal No. 2 by constructing dry bulk storage facilities and an additional dump house. AGP and the Port of Grays Harbor are issuing press releases today.
